We’re looking for a friendly, flexible and super organised Account Executive with the ambition and potential to progress into client Account Management.

This is an amazing opportunity to get your foot on the ladder (or take a step up) with a talented, creative and supportive team, working within a lovely Spaces office in Liverpool Street – and at home – on a varied range of exciting marketing campaigns and digital projects.

[The finer details]

  • Attend and contribute to internal briefings, brainstorms and planning sessions
  • Client and supplier/partner liaison and relationship building
  • Support internal agency briefs, workflow plans, resourcing and planning
  • Assisting with production, scheduling, delivery and budgets
  • Checking project documents and work for grammar, spelling, syntax, etc.
  • Research and support projects, referencing accurately and drawing out key points
  • Attend client meetings and capture/develop transcriptions and contact reports
  • Upward manage and organise senior members of the team
  • Opportunity to contribute to, and support, our own Marketing and Social Media outreach
  • Supporting client services/production staff with:
    • Quote sourcing and comparisons
    • Finance support (processing expenses, reconciliations, etc.)
    • Prepare and manage meeting requests, diaries and travel arrangements

Location: Liverpool Street, London 2 days a week. Remote working 3 days a week
