JPC Solution – we conduct a “mid-life” audit of the account using a combination of customer data, research and independent interviews with the key stakeholders. This provides total clarity on the health of the relationship, account trajectory and enables the development of an account-based strategy to transform sentiment, align with future needs and drive the perception of value with the aim of avoiding an RFP and growing the scope of the contract.
