Winning the big deals and delighting customers
We’re JPC, an award-winning strategic brand & communications consultancy who help complex and challenger B2B brands humanise to grow more, sell more and achieve more.
We’ve been helping our clients win major contracts and tenders for over 18 years. Our proven, integrated 360º approach gets deep under the surface of your bid. The reasons why, the reasons why not. But above all else, the so what? We deploy creative strategists and content specialists to translate products to outcomes. Then we use every technique and every tool to surgically align your win themes to your customer’s world.
And, we’d like to do it for Vodafone. Helping you develop disruptive, personal bids that are geared toward a strategic partnership. And, more importantly, that win. It might be called B2B, but it’s people who do the buying. Which is why we’ll employ every tactic possible to build a human connection and a lasting relationship with your customer. That means going beyond the stereotypical, vox-pop talking head or written statement to a personalised, human video message from your CEO or senior project champion that shows the human face behind the company.

Your team and our team – the perfect fit
It means turning generic case studies into succinct personalised versions (as per the short examples below) that make it easy for your customer to digest, and convert standard team CVs into humanised targeted bios, or personal videos that go beyond the ‘stock’ responses and show how far Vodafone is prepared to go in delighting your customer. And we practice what we preach, which means our own team working as part of your team (when you want us to) at your offices, late at night, or wherever and whenever you need us!

A seamless experience – for you and your customer

Further tactics, such as Day in the Life Of (DILO) scenarios – which follow the journeys of different characters or stakeholders, such as end-consumer, customer, employee, or head office senior decision maker – can help you to present the breadth and depth of your capabilities across a variety of sectors in a very targeted and humanised way. And most importantly, always through the eyes of your customer. Journeys can also interact – for example, we may see a customer entering a store and can follow his or her journey and then we can flip to see the experience of the store assistant.
DILOs can also be created in a number of different formats – from static scripted Powerpoints through to Video filmed at the customer’s own location or an interactive version such as the example shown left, which help you live up to your own digital customer experience promises. (NB: Please note this is only a demo version and therefore not all functionality is working – please follow the instructions shown on the entry page).
Tailor-making your bid response
No matter how constrained the process, you need to find ways to stand out and to ensure your key win themes and partnership messages get through. Demonstrating you have gone the extra mile with the creative delivery of your document and making it easier for your customer to digest is therefore core to our approach.
