Enabling sales and elevating engagement with an interactive tool and AR experience.

Challenge

Our client, JMA Wireless design and deliver cutting-edge wireless technology solutions that modernize how people learn, work, live and play. In 2022, JMA engaged JPC to help their sales team bring the JMA story to life with a central repository of content, as well as deliver key propositions in an engaging and interactive way.

Solution

To help JMA move from product to proposition, JPC concepted, designed and built an interactive sales platform which delivers content via deep-dive animated hotspots.

 

After a high impact vision video as introduction, users are served four key propositions, visually tied to a 3D map of iconic Las Vegas – including a hotel, military base, cell tower and football stadium to deliver an engaging end-to-end story. JPC then created immersive 3D flythroughs to allow users to intuitively guide their unique story via sub navigation and access key information or video content leveraging PowerPoint as a base – which can also be used offline by sales. The flexible platform can also be accessed on touchscreen and iPad via a stand-alone app or the JMA website, making it versatile and ideal for events.

Alongside the interactive tool, we also designed and built an interactive AR experience to bring their key use cases to life. This experience consisted of 4 incredibly detailed 3D printed models – mirroring the stadium and hotel from the platform, as well as a jeep showcasing 5G edge capabilities, and a smart logistics warehouse.

The AR engine then enables the creation of a distinctive user experience, by scanning a trigger on the model, users bridge the gap between physical and digital worlds – transforming the physical models into dynamic full colour renders on the tablet screen. The experience then offers an overview of the proposition, along with a range of short, animation led use cases and technical architectures.

Outcomes

Alongside, JPC worked with JMA on a wider rebrand project, as well as maturing and adding impact to their event presence. The interactive tool is now a hero JMA piece with full buy-in from sales, and it has transformed the user journey and created deeper connections with the brand. Built on hotspots in such a way that it’s very easy to add future propositions, the interactive tool is updated every six months with relevant new content.
